Berry banana smoothie bowl

We make this almost every day, and it always hits, leaving us full well until lunchtime.

  • 1 cup frozen berries (we like strawberries & blueberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup kefir (I use plain goat kefir)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • Heavy handful of Cultured Crunch
