Berry banana smoothie bowl
We make this almost every day, and it always hits, leaving us full well until lunchtime.
1 cup frozen berries (we like strawberries & blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup kefir (I use plain goat kefir)
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Heavy handful of Cultured Crunch
